Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and quality to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables, and communicate project progress and status.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
