Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight:

Act as the Owner's representative, managing all aspects of project execution. Oversee construction administration tasks, including the development, evaluation, and monitoring of schedules. Serve as the primary liaison for contractors and consultants within the design-build team. Participate in site meetings, ensuring timely processing of progress payments, documentation of meeting minutes, and maintenance of comprehensive project records.

Quality Control and Compliance:

Ensure that all necessary testing is conducted at the required intervals, with results aligning with contractual obligations. Manage construction documentation and facilitate its distribution for internal reviews and approvals. Guarantee adherence to contractual drawings and specifications throughout the construction process.

General Coordination and Monitoring:

Travel to project sites as necessary for on-site consultations. Act as the primary communication channel for the Owner and the Owner's engineering team, ensuring ongoing dialogue with all relevant parties to achieve project completion.

Required Qualifications

Proficient in interpreting contract drawings and specifications. Strong attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities utilizing standard project management techniques. Willingness to travel under various weather conditions and outside of regular business hours as needed. Regular travel to project sites is expected.

Relevant Experience

Proven experience in managing construction projects. Familiarity with industry-standard contracts and specifications. Understanding of Health and Safety, quality, and Environmental standards. Preference will be given to candidates holding Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
