We are currently seeking a Construction Project Supervisor for various projects across New Brunswick. Reporting directly to the Regional Director, this role involves providing essential leadership in organizing, coordinating, and overseeing all worksite functions and activities necessary to achieve project goals. Your responsibilities will encompass bidding, planning, and managing daily operations on-site. Alongside your project team, you will have the authority to steer your project towards timely completion while ensuring client engagement and communication throughout the process.

Position Responsibilities
Here’s what your daily activities will include:
- Actively oversee the daily operations of your project on-site
- Utilize your planning expertise to outline upcoming work, organize material deliveries, and strategize the tasks of onsite subcontractors
- Maintain project oversight by completing daily logs, documenting critical items such as completed work and onsite progress photographs
- Ensure that site safety adheres to Lindsay Construction policies and legal requirements
- Foster client satisfaction through regular communication and prompt responses to inquiries
- Provide guidance to the project team on all project-related aspects
- Collaborate effectively with other project team members, tradespeople, and subcontractors
Job Requirements
Our ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role within medium-sized commercial construction projects
- Proficient in coordinating on-site operations, including the interpretation and implementation of drawings and specifications
- Ability to work collaboratively with Lindsay Construction trades employees and subcontractors
- Effective communication skills with all stakeholders
- Experience with design-build, tilt-up, and wood framing is advantageous
- Journeyman's classification in a skilled trade is a plus
- Must hold a valid driver's license
