Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Oversee the development of communication strategies to promote our services
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Conduct research to support business initiatives
  • Perform data entry and maintain digital databases
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  • Represent the company at various economic and social organizations
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, database software, and MS Office
  • Own transportation or access to public transportation
