Job Description

Business Development Director

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Director. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to capitalize on high-growth opportunities and aggressively pursue new business.
  • Partner with clients to provide tailored solutions that drive business results and increase client loyalty.
  • Lead the development and execution of account plans to increase client engagement and maximize share of wallet.
  • Secure new and increased business with key account clients, focusing on strategic partnerships and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute against Key Account plans to generate demand within under-tapped accounts and convert dormant contacts to brand advocates.
  • Address account escalations with a focus on client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market and industry leader known in communities of relevance and looked to for World of Work expertise.
  • Collaborate across teams and brands to leverage the full suite of ManpowerGroup solutions and offer customized workforce solutions to clients.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years selling a solution or service.
  • Bachelor's degree.
