Office Administration Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Officer to manage and enhance our office operations at 5139415 Manitoba Ltd.. This role is crucial for ensuring that our administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of College/CEGEP
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role
- Develop and implement new administrative protocols
- Assess and refine existing administrative processes
- Set work priorities and ensure adherence to procedures and timelines
- Manage various administrative functions within the organization
- Assist in the formulation of the operational budget and oversee inventory and budget management
- Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Provide training and support to staff members
- Supervise payroll processes
- Plan and manage budgetary allocations and expenses
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Experienced with MS Outlook
- Familiar with MS Windows
- Skilled in MS Word
- Ability to work autonomously
- Fast-paced workplace
