Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Manage information flow within the team
  • Schedule appointments and confirm details
  • Manage contracts and maintain accurate records
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Maintain and manage digital databases
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in MS Office and electronic scheduling tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment with minimal supervision.
