Job Summary
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for visitors and callers. Your role will involve greeting and directing visitors, answering phone calls, and performing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for visitors and callers
- Direct visitors to the correct location and ensure building security
- Answer phone calls and route them promptly
- Perform administrative tasks, including maintaining the electronic visitor management system
- Assist with administrative duties, such as processing vehicle sticker requests and personal protective equipment requests
- Work collaboratively with the Property Management team to achieve outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Email required
- Previous experience with a busy switchboard and customer service required
- Minimum 2 years' experience required
