We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Richmond Hill, Canada. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments, utilizing your excellent communication skills.

Requirements:
