About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Shell College Park. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Office Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, and maintenance.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with security and safety protocols, including conducting regular audits and risk assessments.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in MS Office and electronic mail
