About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at HP Beauty. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including responding to employee inquiries, processing requests, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and planning of office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business operations.
  • Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of 1-2 people, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
