Administrative Officer

CORA BREAKFAST & LUNCH is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to our office, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
- Assist in the coordination of office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Policy Administration
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Office Management
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
- Resolve conflict situations.
- Oversee payroll administration.
- Training and Development
- Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees.
- Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
- Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
- Language and Work Environment

- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Flexibility, organized, reliability, and time management skills.
