  • Collaborate with the Customer Success and Finance departments on diverse initiatives
  • Recognize customer opportunities for development and enhancement
  • Engage in the formulation of billing best practices
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to resolve billing discrepancies

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year in customer service roles
  • Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
  • Fluency in both French and English is essential
