Billing and Client Support Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Billing and Client Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and/or administrative work, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will be fluent in English and French, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills. They will be responsible for making outbound billing calls to existing clients, acting as a liaison between our head office billing department and clients to resolve billing issues, and providing routine client support calls to assist with non-billing client service transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make daily outbound billing calls to existing clients with past due payments
  • Act as a liaison between our head office billing department and clients to resolve billing issues
  • Provide routine client support calls to assist with non-billing client service transactions
  • Assist the team in answering incoming phone traffic and re-routing calls
  • Be organized and comfortable on the phone
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Assist the team with other support and administrative duties as needed

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Hourly Rate: $18.00 per hour

Room for Advancement: Opportunity to advance to a full-time salaried team member once licensed
