Cowan Insurance Group is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Billing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our billing department, you will be responsible for managing all billing tasks related to our client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and send customer invoices, ensuring timely collection and maintaining accurate account aging.
- Analyze customer accounts to identify and address issues contributing to account delinquencies.
- Develop and maintain clear documentation of billing processes and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
- Two or more years of billing or related experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Good organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
