We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Success Billing Specialist to join our team at Versature. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer billing inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the Customer Success and Finance teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Participate in the development of billing best practices and processes to improve customer satisfaction
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues and improve overall customer experience
Requirements:
- 1+ years of customer service experience with a focus on billing and account management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be fluent in both French and English
