About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Billing Specialist to join our team at Net2phone Canada. As a key member of our Client Services department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to billing inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage payments and credits, billing questions, and update account information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Create initial invoices for new accounts and prepare accounts for billing closure
- Assist the Customer Success and Finance teams in their day-to-day activities and projects as required
- Utilize data to identify at-risk customers and opportunities for expansion, and collaborate with the Customer Success team
- Contribute to developing and refining processes related to the billing department
- Work in a collaborative environment with several teams in Client Services to investigate billing cases
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Outstanding organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- French-English Bilingualism is required
- Never-ending curiosity and a passion for learning
