Job Title: IAM Specialist

Hire DigITalent is seeking an experienced IAM Specialist to join our Security Operations team. As an IAM Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the high availability and security of our enterprise IAM platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of enterprise IAM platforms, including SailPoint, CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, Microsoft AD, Azure AD, and Entra ID.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for IAM platform operations.
  • Provide second-level support to IAM users and collaborate with the IAM Platform team to resolve complex issues.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the operational functions of all IAM platforms.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure successful implementation of IAM projects.
  • Maintain production change control schedules and perform preventative maintenance to minimize disruptions to IAM services.
  • Conduct routine access certifications and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Create and maintain documentation for IAM platform operations.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of operational experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, and/or HashiCorp Vault.
  • Strong experience in Microsoft AD, Azure AD, and Entra ID.
  • Knowledge of security and risk control frameworks such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27001/2, and GDPR.
  • Superior problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Deadline-driven and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
