Senior Information Security Specialist (IAM RBAC & SOD Business Lead)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Information Security Specialist to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business needs and strategies, providing domain specialization and expertise, and setting direction for our IAM program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IAM business frameworks and capabilities that align with our access management control standards.
  • Collaborate with technology engineering to drive timely delivery of new feature/functionality in our Access Management Hub platform.
  • Act as an IAM thought leader, innovator, and change agent for programs and services that impact our longer-term strategic objectives.
  • Establish RBAC & SOD governance metrics and reporting, including KRIs and KPIs.
  • Consult on Regulatory compliance requirements, reporting, and questions.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Information Security.
  • Experience with SailPoint Identity IQ platform is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in the development of business process and the deployment of IT Security controls, IAM solutions.
  • Experience in the management and operations of Identity and Access Management, preferably in a similar financial institution.
  • Role Automation experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive team player with effective time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to research, analyze, and problem-solve issues.
  • Understanding and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

  • CISSP or similar security designation
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
