About the Role

Hire DigITalent is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Security Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high availability, scalability, and security of our enterprise IAM platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day management and operation of our enterprise IAM platforms, including SailPoint, CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, Microsoft AD, Azure AD, and Entra ID.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure the platforms are highly available, scalable, and secure, and develop and implement policies and procedures for IAM platform operations.
  • Support and Collaboration: Provide second-level support to IAM users and collaborate with the IAM Platform team to resolve complex issues.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on the operational functions of all IAM platforms.
  • Technical Input: Provide technical input to IAM projects and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Change Control and Maintenance: Maintain production change control schedules and perform preventative maintenance to minimize disruptions to IAM services.
  • Access Certifications: Conduct routine access certifications and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for IAM platform operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of operational experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, and/or HashiCorp Vault.
  • Technical Skills: Strong experience in Microsoft AD, Azure AD, and Entra ID, as well as knowledge of security and risk control frameworks such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27001/2, and GDPR.
  • Soft Skills: Superior problem-solving and decision-making skills, strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, deadline-driven and results-oriented, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
