About the Role

Hire DigITalent is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations Specialist to join our team. As an IAM Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and availability of our enterprise IAM platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day management and operation of our enterprise IAM platforms, including SailPoint, CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, Microsoft AD, Azure AD, and Entra ID.
  • Security and Availability: Ensure that the platforms are highly available, scalable, and secure, with a focus on minimizing disruptions to IAM services.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures for IAM platform operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Support and Collaboration: Provide second-level support to IAM users and collaborate with the IAM Platform team to resolve complex issues.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Serve as a subject matter expert on the operational functions of all IAM platforms, providing technical input to IAM projects and collaborating with multiple teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Documentation and Maintenance: Maintain production change control schedules, perform preventative maintenance, and create and maintain documentation for IAM platform operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of operational experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, and/or HashiCorp Vault, with strong experience in Microsoft AD, Azure AD, and Entra ID.
  • Skills: Knowledge of security and risk control frameworks such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27001/2, and GDPR, with superior problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Time Management: Deadline-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
