Director, IAM Service Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director, IAM Service Delivery to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) service delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive IAM governance and compliance program, ensuring alignment with Scotiabank's security standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a robust IAM governance framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Scotiabank's security standards.
- Lead the IAM service delivery team, providing strategic direction and guidance on IAM initiatives and projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IS&C, IT&S, and Enterprise Security Services, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of IAM solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, risk partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide subject matter expertise on IAM technologies, including identity, access management, and authentication.
- Lead the development of IAM policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring they are aligned with Scotiabank's security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating IAM-related risks.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive IAM training program, ensuring all employees understand IAM policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the IAM Product and Architecture team to develop and implement IAM solutions that meet business needs.
- Provide input on IAM-related projects, ensuring they align with Scotiabank's security standards and regulatory requirements.
- University degree in Cybersecurity, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Security leadership roles, with at least 5 years leading a Security function in a complex, global organization.
- Experience building and running enterprise programs, with a focus on IAM governance and compliance.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead global teams in a highly complex and matrixed organization.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to senior executives.
- Deep knowledge of relevant technologies, including identity, access management, and authentication.
- Experience with formal security frameworks and regulatory requirements, including Canadian and US security regulations.
