About the Role

ProViso Staffing is seeking an experienced Identity Access Management (IAM) Security Specialist to join our team. As an IAM Security Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective governance of logical access for the Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement IAM directives, standards, frameworks, and guidelines.
  • Monitor and report on compliance, managing exceptions and analyzing data to deliver recommendations for greater efficiency.
  • Analyze access processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to reduce operational risks.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM) with a strong background in information security.
  • Hands-on experience with SailPoint and a solid understanding of access controls, including life cycle management of certifications and role-based access control.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Suite skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Good understanding of various tools and platforms, including SailPoint, Active Directory, Centrify, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Technical designation, such as CompTIA Security+ or CISSP, is considered an asset.
  • Fluency in Spanish is also an asset.
Soft Skills
  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills to work effectively with technical peers and business stakeholders.
  • Strong decision-making, forward thinking, and creative problem-solving skills to anticipate and respond to technological and market influences.
  • Ability to work independently or with minimal direction as part of a team.
