Hire DigITalent is seeking a skilled IAM Operations Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the security and stability of our client's enterprise IAM platforms.

As an IAM Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of critical IAM systems, including SailPoint, CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, Microsoft AD, Azure AD, and Entra ID. Your expertise will ensure these platforms remain highly available, scalable, and secure.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management and operation of enterprise IAM platforms, ensuring their optimal performance and security.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for IAM platform operations, contributing to a robust and secure environment.
  • Provide second-level support to IAM users, resolving complex issues and collaborating with the IAM Platform team.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the operational functions of all IAM platforms, providing valuable insights and guidance.
  • Contribute technical expertise to IAM projects, working collaboratively with multiple teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Maintain production change control schedules and perform preventative maintenance to minimize disruptions to IAM services.
  • Conduct routine access certifications and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IAM platform operations, fostering transparency and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of operational experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, and/or HashiCorp Vault.
  • Strong experience in Microsoft AD, Azure AD, and Entra ID.
  • Knowledge of security and risk control frameworks such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27001/2, and GDPR.
  • Superior problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Deadline-driven and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
