Position OverviewWe are seeking skilled IT Cybersecurity Specialists to enhance our managed services consulting team. In this role, you will provide hands-on support and expert guidance for our clients' IAM, CIAM, and PAM systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving comprehensive training in both technical and consulting skills to effectively assist our clients.
- Gaining practical experience with cutting-edge IAM, CIAM, and PAM technologies.
- Collaborating with experienced mentors to deepen your understanding of security and IAM solutions.
- Engaging with clients to identify their IAM/CIAM/PAM challenges, defining requirements, and delivering hands-on technical support and configurations.
- Participate in the implementation of IAM solutions, including installation, configuration, integration, customization, development, and testing.
- Contribute to the managed security services team to oversee and maintain client IAM solutions.
- Assist in developing documented procedures to ensure a superior end-user and customer experience.
- Address incidents related to IAM, CIAM, and PAM services.
- Direct unresolved security incidents to the appropriate team with the necessary access and authority.
- Experience in general IT troubleshooting and implementation (Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, DNS, Network, Security).
- Foundational knowledge of applications, systems, networks, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- A strong desire to learn and adapt.
- Good analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Python or other scripting languages
- Data Protection
- Threat Protection
- Identity and Access Management
- Key Management and Encryption
- Security Development
- Analytics and Logging
- Product Management
- Operational Support
- Networking
- Familiarity with IAM, CIAM, and PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk, Thycotic, Centrify, Beyond Trust, SailPoint, Saviynt, IBM Identity Server ISIM/ISAM, Okta, Azure SSO, Duo, Okta Customer Identity Cloud, PING Identity, ForgeRock).
- General knowledge of ticket management systems.
- Understanding of authentication methods and account management.
- Development skills in languages such as Java/J2EE, JavaScript, shell scripts, REST, WebService, etc.
- Strong self-management skills.
- Proficiency in English and/or French (French is preferred but not mandatory).
- Willingness to travel as required.
