Hotel Supervisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Hampton Inn. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our staff are motivated and productive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of 3-4 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the maintenance of hotel operations, including the coordination of repairs, requisitioning of materials and supplies, and ensuring that all facilities and equipment are in good working order.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide excellent service to our guests.
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, ensuring that their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Work Environment:
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, large workload, tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Personal Traits: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, excellent oral and written communication skills, initiative, organized, and a team player.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Recruitment and Support: Recruit and support newcomers and refugees affected by conflicts or disasters, providing them with the necessary support and resources to succeed in their new roles.
