Hotel Operations Supervisor

The Hotel Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the hotel, focusing on guest satisfaction and staff management.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Assist clients and guests with specific needs to enhance their experience.
- Coordinate, assign, and review tasks among team members to ensure efficiency.
- Recruit and train personnel on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company standards.
- Oversee the operation of computer systems and equipment, arranging necessary repairs to maintain service quality.
- Order and manage inventory of materials and supplies to support hotel operations.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- A collaborative team player who fosters a positive work environment.
- Prior experience ranging from 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role is preferred.
- This is a permanent position with a commitment of 35 hours per week.
- Work language is English.
