Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Pure Kitchen Kanata. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and leading a team of food service staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Food Preparation and Quality Control: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Work Environment and Physical Demands: Work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and maintain attention to detail.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a restaurant setting.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
