Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our kitchen runs efficiently and effectively.
Train and Develop StaffTrain and supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Inventory ManagementEstimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
Quality ControlEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and consistency in our menu offerings.
Financial ManagementPrepare and manage budgets and cost estimates, ensuring that our kitchen operations are financially sustainable.
Record KeepingMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
Reporting and CommunicationPrepare and submit regular reports to management, providing updates on kitchen operations and suggesting areas for improvement.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
ExperienceAt least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
Work Hours35 hours per week is the standard work schedule.
