Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
Train and Develop StaffTrain and supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
Inventory ManagementEstimate and manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
Quality ControlInspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards.
Financial ManagementPrepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports to ensure the financial health of our kitchen operations.
Record KeepingMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
ReportingPrepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
LanguageEnglish.
Work Hours35 hours per week.
