We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Pure Kitchen Kanata. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and leading a team of food service staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain efficient kitchen operations to meet work schedules and ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Coordinate food and kitchen supplies to ensure adequate inventory and minimize waste.
- Develop and implement quality control standards to ensure exceptional food quality and presentation.
- Manage staff performance and provide feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform kitchen operations and improve efficiency.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing kitchen demands and priorities.
Pure Kitchen Kanata is a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours of Work:30 to 40 hours per week.
