About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team at Juice Dudez. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.

Train and Develop Staff

Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.

Inventory Management

Estimate and manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.

Quality Control

Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards.

Financial Management

Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports to ensure the financial health of our kitchen operations.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.

Reporting

Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Language

English

Work Hours

35 hours per week
