As a key member of our culinary team at 3 Brasseurs, the Kitchen Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met in all aspects of kitchen operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee food quality and production standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish served.
  • Lead the kitchen team with a focus on smooth operations, actively participating in tasks as needed to maintain efficiency.
  • Implement and monitor food safety protocols, promoting good practices and ensuring compliance with checklists and temperature controls.
  • Manage inventory rotation and conduct food inventory according to company standards, minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels.
  • Ensure adherence to recipes and waste management practices, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Train and educate kitchen staff on health and safety protocols, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and repairs, ensuring the kitchen remains in top working condition.
  • Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager on administrative tasks and support the development of kitchen projects and initiatives.
