Position Overview

Tandoori Town Indian Kitchen Ltd. is seeking a dedicated **Food and Beverage Server** to enhance our customer experience. This role involves providing exceptional service in a vibrant dining environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: Training will be provided for all new hires.
Key Responsibilities
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Prepare and serve specialty dishes directly to patrons.
  • Present invoices to guests and process payments through various methods including cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Inform customers about menu items, including daily specials.
  • Provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness by clearing and sanitizing tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
Work Environment
  • Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel as needed.
  • Work in a fast-paced setting.
