Position Overview

As a Food and Beverage Server at Pak Madina Enterprise Ltd., you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks that ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to industry standards.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, with a minimum of 1 month and up to 7 months being ideal.
Work Environment

This position is set within a dynamic restaurant atmosphere, where teamwork and communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with legal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Prepare and serve specialty dishes directly to patrons.
  • Present bills to customers and process payments through various methods including cash, credit, and debit.
  • Provide detailed descriptions of menu items and daily specials to enhance customer choices.
  • Uphold provincial and territorial liquor laws and regulations.
  • Offer recommendations on menu selections based on customer preferences.
  • Maintain accurate cash handling and sales recording.
  • Clear and sanitize tables, trays, and chairs to ensure a clean dining environment.
  • Assist in wine selection and provide knowledgeable advice.
  • Welcome guests, present menus, and respond to inquiries regarding food and beverages.
  • Manage inventory of wines and associated glassware.
  • Conduct sensory evaluations of wines to ensure quality.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently.
  • Oversee the performance of other servers and support staff.
  • Take and relay orders to kitchen and bar personnel.
  • Coordinate staff schedules and assist in training new employees.
  • Support clients and guests with special requirements.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service consistently.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This role may involve supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
