About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Mirage Banquet Hall Ltd. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages, take orders, and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Table Management: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Problem Resolution: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Assist clients/guests with special needs and work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment

As a Food and Beverage Server at Mirage Banquet Hall Ltd., you will work in a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding role that requires standing for extended periods. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
