About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Sarkar Indian Bistro Ltd. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers, including presenting menus and making recommendations.
  • Point of Sale: Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Table Management: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Teamwork: Supervise other servers and bussing staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Communication: Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely manner.
  • Staff Scheduling: Assist with scheduling staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, organized, and team player.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
