About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at Punjab Banquet Hall. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training
    • No formal education or certification is required, but we encourage our staff to pursue ongoing education and training opportunities.
  • Customer Service
    • Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
    • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers
    • Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
    • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
    • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Serving It Right Certificate is a plus
