Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at SPICE CLUB INDIAN CUISINE LTD. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to customer needs.
  • Order Taking: Take orders accurately and efficiently, and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
  • Cash Handling: Balance cash and record sales accurately.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a cold, hot, noisy, and outdoors environment.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant, urban area, and bistro setting.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
