Assist in the creation of clinical risk registers, analyzing risk severity to support strategic departmental and organizational planning. Develop effective systems and methods for managing administrative and operational risks, ensuring consistent application of quality improvement strategies across the health authority. Conduct investigations into claims, prepare risk assessments, and consult with legal counsel while monitoring external legal expenses. Support senior leadership and the Director of Risk Management in investigating critical incidents and coroner issues. Facilitate training and education on risk management topics, including risk assessments and disclosure protocols.
