The Clinic Operations Supervisor (COS) plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring that all activities align with Myodetox's mission and values. This position involves leading a team of Front Desk Associates (FDAs) to guarantee that exceptional service and operational excellence are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Collaborate as a vital member of the Clinic Management Team to achieve business objectives; Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and assess the effectiveness of initiatives aimed at continuous improvement; Work closely with the management team to establish annual and quarterly goals; Ensure the clinic is prepared to meet expectations related to new campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Front Desk Oversight: Supervise the Front Desk Associates to ensure efficient clinic operations, including appointment scheduling, client engagement, and accurate billing; Maintain high standards of client experience and ensure that all operational tasks are executed flawlessly; Manage accounts receivable and ensure proper financial procedures are followed.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop Front Desk Associates to uphold operational and service standards; Facilitate the recruitment and training processes for new team members; Engage with the team daily to provide ongoing support and feedback.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative roles within health and wellness sectors.
  • Demonstrated passion for leadership and team development.
  • Strong commitment to enhancing client experiences and fostering positive interactions.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining a well-organized clinic environment.
