We are seeking an experienced Clinical Counselling Supervisor to join our team at Family Services of Greater Vancouver. As a Clinical Counselling Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting and developing our clinical team, providing individual and group supervision, and ensuring our clinical services meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise clinical staff by providing individual and group clinical supervision.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for clinical staff.
- Ensure clinical outcomes are met through our approach and practices.
- Master's level degree in psychotherapy, social work, psychology, or related field, with a minimum of five years of clinical experience.
- 2-5 years of experience providing clinical supervision to individuals and groups preferred.
- Registration as an RCC, CCC, or RSW is required.
- Flexible scheduling.
- Starting at three weeks' vacation for full-time staff.
- Generous health/dental benefits after three months.
