  • Staff Management: Lead and train a team of 1-2 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: Experience in restaurant management or a related field is an asset.
  • Language: English (fluency required).
