- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing initiatives and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: Experience in restaurant management or a related field is an asset.
- Language: English (fluency required).
