Position: Executive Administrative Coordinator

Location: Remote

Status: Permanent

Compensation: $60K-68K/year, comprehensive benefits package

Work Schedule: 35 hours per week, hybrid model

We are seeking a dedicated individual for a pivotal role as an Executive Administrative Coordinator to assist the Director and teams in their everyday operations. This position requires a compassionate professional who is people-oriented and can execute responsibilities with both professionalism and empathy.

  • Coordinate board meetings and various committees, ensuring thorough follow-up on action items
  • Assist in drafting and finalizing meeting minutes
  • Contribute to internal process enhancement initiatives
  • Review and edit documents for accuracy
  • Oversee complete accounting functions and perform financial entries (accounts payable and receivable)
  • Manage revenue streams (billing, deposits, agreement oversight) and outgoing payments
  • Ensure the accurate management and issuance of tax receipts for all donations received
  • Administer government funding
  • Prepare diverse tax and governmental reports
  • Execute other related responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

  • 5 to 8 years of pertinent experience in a comparable position
  • Proficient in French, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional writing capabilities
  • Solid understanding of MS Office Suite and Sage 50
