Job Title: Executive Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Coordinator to join our team at Ordre des hygiénistes dentaires du Québec. As an Executive Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executive team, including preparing documents, establishing administrative policies and procedures, and coordinating meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile data to prepare documents and reports
- Establish and coordinate administrative policies and procedures
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee and board meetings
- Liaise with departmental and corporate officials and with other organizations and associations
- Manage events and travel arrangements
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 5 years or more of experience or equivalent experience
- Bilingual (English and French)
