Our client, a dynamic and expanding organization in Quebec, is in search of an Executive Assistant. As a vital support to the CEO, your role will encompass the management of appointments, travel arrangements, meetings, and events, all aligned with the CEO's priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the CEO's calendar and appointments, assess priorities, and ensure timely follow-ups;
- Assist in the organization and execution of both internal and external events;
- Facilitate board and executive committee meetings, including attendance, note-taking, and report generation;
- Coordinate the CEO's business travel logistics;
- Ensure effective follow-up on specific assignments in collaboration with various departments;
- Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met;
- Draft and prepare a variety of documents, including correspondence, presentations, and reports;
- Manage deadlines, reminders, and administrative tasks to foster synergy within senior management.
- College diploma in administration, office management, or secretarial studies;
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions;
- Exceptional proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written;
- Strong command of Microsoft Office applications;
- Excellent writing capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
- Demonstrated tact, diplomacy, and discretion;
- Proactive and self-sufficient;
- Collaborative team player.
