Our client, a dynamic and expanding organization in Quebec, is in search of an Executive Assistant. As a vital support to the CEO, your role will encompass the management of appointments, travel arrangements, meetings, and events, all aligned with the CEO's priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the CEO's calendar and appointments, assess priorities, and ensure timely follow-ups;
  • Assist in the organization and execution of both internal and external events;
  • Facilitate board and executive committee meetings, including attendance, note-taking, and report generation;
  • Coordinate the CEO's business travel logistics;
  • Ensure effective follow-up on specific assignments in collaboration with various departments;
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met;
  • Draft and prepare a variety of documents, including correspondence, presentations, and reports;
  • Manage deadlines, reminders, and administrative tasks to foster synergy within senior management.
Qualifications and Skills
  • College diploma in administration, office management, or secretarial studies;
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions;
  • Exceptional proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written;
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office applications;
  • Excellent writing capabilities.
