Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office supplies, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing and data entry
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting visitors and handling phone calls
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as word processing and internet research
  • Oversee office files and provide general filing support
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of related experience in an administrative role
  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
  • Proven knowledge of receptionist duties and customer service principles
