About the Role
MNP is a leading national accounting, tax, and business advisory firm in Canada. We're seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Administration team, supporting internal and external clients and contributing to the firm's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks, including reviewing and preparing templates, letters, reports, and other correspondence materials.
- Record minutes at meetings and distribute or archive them accordingly.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
- Manage and coordinate multiple calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in administration is considered an asset.
- 2 years of administrative experience in a professional working environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
