About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Skyhawk Transport Services Ltd. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on our services and policies.
  • Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintain accurate records, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, order supplies, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure the security and safety of our office and staff, including maintaining basic security clearance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, organized, reliable, team player, and ability to multitask.
