We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Quick Care Pharmacy Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Establish and maintain office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Answer and relay telephone calls, messages, and emails in a professional manner.
  • Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate data, statistics, and other information.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.

Requirements
