- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Communication: Answer and relay telephone calls, messages, and emails in a professional manner.
- Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate data, statistics, and other information.
- Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general assistance.
- Documentation: Type, proofread, and prepare correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and files.
- Accuracy: Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and documentation.
